I illustrated this burger for Kill Your Darlings for their article about the plant-based meat industry. The article is about whether or not plant-based meats are helpful or detrimental in the cause for lowering animal consumption. It questions if people choose to eat plant-based alternatives to help the environment or to feed into their egos about “saving the planet”.
